APPL Managed Court Rescheduling for

WEATHER RELATED REASONS

Use the below form to reschedule your Home Court Day & Time for APPL Managed Venues.  Review the “APPL Match Rescheduling Policy” prior to submitting this form.

  1. THE HOME TEAM CAPTAIN must request the schedule change. REQUESTS MUST BE FOR WEATHER RELATED REASONS. Any reschedules NOT related to Weather must be approved by the League Coordinator or Regional Director.
  2. Select your Region. Select the Venue. You must select your Home Court venue EXCEPT you may switch to an Indoor Court that requires reservations (Center Court, Pickleball Space, The PICKLR – additional court fees apply and refunds are not available for your regular Home Court).
  3. View the available slots for your venue. NOTE THE WEEK STARTS ON MONDAY. Days with available time slots are highlighted with a white background. If there are no available time slots for that venue and day, the Day will display with a red background.
  4. View the various options to see available time slots. Select your desired time slot.
  5. Complete all required information.  DOUBLE CHECK THAT ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT. Press Submit.
  6. You will get an instant message “You have successfully requested a schedule change. Change is pending until confirmed by APPL.” at the bottom of the form and a follow-up email with your reservation information.
  7. Your request for reschedule will be reviewed by the APPL team and either denied and canceled or approved and confirmed.
  8. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PICKLEBALL SCORES MATCH DAY AND TIME. The APPL Scheduling Coordinator will make your schedule change for you.

NOTE FOR PUBLIC & PRIVATE COURTS that require reservations: The following courts require the Home Captain to contact the venue directly to secure the reservation prior to requesting the change here. Once you have confirmed an available slot with the venue, complete this form to make the schedule change in the Regional PickleballScores schedule.
