APPL Managed Court Rescheduling
Use the below form to reschedule your Home Court Day & Time for APPL Managed Venues.
- Review Match Rescheduling Policy and FIRST contact the other captain to discuss match rescheduling.
- THE HOME TEAM CAPTAIN must request the schedule change. Best process is to have the other captain on the phone or text while you are reviewing rescheduling options so you may both agree upon the reschedule date.
- Select your Region.
- Select the Venue. You are allowed to select an indoor facility for a reschedule date if your venue does not have available times or dates that works for your reschedule.
- View the available slots for your venue. NOTE THE WEEK STARTS ON MONDAY. Days with available time slots are highlighted with a white background. If there are no available time slots for that venue and day, the Day will display with a red background.
- View the various options to see available time slots. Select your desired time slot.
- Complete all required information. DOUBLE CHECK THAT ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT. Press Submit.
- You will get an instant message “You have successfully requested a schedule change. Change is pending until confirmed by APPL.” at the bottom of the form and a follow-up email with your reservation information.
- Your request for reschedule will be reviewed by the APPL team and either denied and canceled or approved and confirmed.
- DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PICKLEBALL SCORES MATCH DAY AND TIME. THE APPL Rescheduling Administrator will change your match day and time when your reschedule request is confirmed.
SOUTHERN REGION: The Pad and PICKLR Oro Valley reschedules are handled by Rich Hansen at appl.venuemgr@gmail.com.
CASA GRANDE REGION: All reschedules are handled by Kevin Milosevich at ktmilosevich@outlook.com.
