Meet Our Key Players

Founder of Arizona Pickleball Player’s League, Greg now serves as the organization’s president and league commissioner.

Priscilla has played an important role in the development and growth of the APPL Southern Region. She is a leader in general pickleball growth with her involvement in the Tucson Area Pickleball organization.

Also here since the organization’s beginning, Carol was largely responsible for the formation of the APPL West Valley region. Carol also serves as our APPL Media Relations contact and our USA Pickleball liaison.

Chuck, with a professional background in business development, helped launch APPL’s 65+ division as a League Coordinator, drove record growth as Southern Region Director, and now focuses on advancing the league’s strategic partnerships and expansion.

Alexa's role is to ensure our communications, processes, assimilation and tools are effective for our players and volunteers.

Managing the maintenance and updates to APPL's website as well as all APPL regional websites, Brenda has been largely responsible for making our software systems interfaces user friendly and easy to learn and navigate.

Kevin has been involved with APPL since its start up in Casa Grande in 2020.  First as a team captain, then as a League Coordinator, and now as Regional Director. Kevin's previous career of leadership placed him solidly in working with civic communities, government and now APPL.

Scot has been a driving force in APPL from the start, first serving as a League Coordinator while also taking on the responsibilities of Venue Manager, all while captaining one or more teams every season without fail. His commitment, experience, and leadership now fuel his role as Southern Region Director, where he is dedicated to strengthening and expanding the region.

Steve has been a cornerstone of APPL since its early East Valley Interclub League (EVIL) days. An accomplished player, dedicated captain, and experienced League Coordinator, he now brings his leadership and passion to help elevate the East Valley Region to new heights.

Coralee began playing APPL in the East Valley in 2019, with Jon joining in 2021. Since then, they have captained multiple teams and, in 2022, brought their leadership to the White Mountain Region—helping launch the Lakeside program and later returning to Show Low to guide teams across all divisions. Today, they serve as Regional Directors, dedicated to supporting and growing the White Mountain pickleball community.
