Roster Rating Standard Appeal

I am very familiar with this player. I was a sub on her team last year and played with her in two matches. We had never been on the court together before these matches. We did will winning approximately 50% of the games and getting the APPL point in the majority of the games. The team went on to win State. Renee played only four matches all year, two with me and two with a 4.18 player. Their results were similar to mine. At state only one of the matches was reported. Renee played with yet two new partners at state. Renee is a very strong player coming from a high level tennis background. She had her knee replaced two years ago so was unable to play that season. She came back this year very strong. She is one of the players that people like to play with as she understands strategy and is thoughtful about how her shot affect her partner. She drills with me and plays multiple times pers week in round robin play with 4.0 to 4.5 players. Her rating has steadily increased over the years and given the right partnership this year on our team, she will likely raise her rating to over 4.0. I believer her play style and play lever warrant the rating of 4.0

In the winter 2024 season I was rated 4.0 I was on a 4.0 team. I was unable to participate that season due to a knee replacement.
As a result, my rating was adjusted to a 3.5 ahead of the winter 2025 team. In the 2025 season, I played on a 65+ 4.0 team, and we went onto win state championship. I actively played at state, with a partner I had never played with before. I have always been the player shifted around to cover the weaker players.
