| REQUIRED: | I had to appeal last year for some reason and was easily granted my 3.0 rating and now I have to appeal again. So crazy. When I look at the self analysis to rate myself I am definitely a 3.0 plus player. Why is Appl making this so difficult? If I have to appeal each year I’m done. |
