Roster Rating Standard Appeal

I have played in APPL since it started. I have always played 4.0 and have been very competitive . The last tournament I played in womens was in 2023 with Wendy Langhals and we took a gold. 10 teams in the bracket We won 8 games lost 3 games never lost a match. Playing 4.0 60 Plus. USAPA Sanctioned tournament The Wylder cup. In Appl this past season I played 5 womens matches won 17 games and lost 13 but the scores were high. Total points were 40. all the girls we played against are still rated 4.0 and some have moved to 4.5 APPL Index. The only match we did not do well on was our last one. Unfortunately my partner was injured. All my past womens APPL teams were combined with 4.5 players . The Mixed team I was captain for last year we only had 3 teams in the bracket. We all only played 2 matches. The partner I had on my first match had just played in an all night tournament the night before so we only won one game and only scored 5 points. The 2nd match I played with the oldest partner on the team who struggles with mobility and heart issues and unfortunately had played earlier in the day - not to put blame on them but they did not play their game and mine suffered as well because of it, The Victory team we had to play in mixed far out ranked both the other two mix teams in the 4.0 65plust bracket and many of them have moved on to 4.5. I feel I am very competitive at the 4.0 level and when I'm scoring 11-9 ot 13-11, or splitting wins, I am right where I should be. Looking up all the girls I played against and beat who are now 4.5 or remained at 4.0 I feel my rating is equal to that of theirs. Thank you for considering my appeal.
