Roster Rating Standard Appeal

I am in disagreement in my rating for a couple of reasons.

1) I ended 2024 at 4.16 but lost .03 after getting 2nd in state (I am not sure they count state in the Index anymore?)

2) At the end of 2025, teammate Karen Heysel's rating was readjusted from a starting rate of 4.0 to 4.20 due to not starting at the 4.20 captain rating.

I played many games with her and am not sure how her rating was adjusted and how it affected all the other player ratings she played against but my rating fell to 3.83 putting me out of the .15 range exception offered this year.

Casa Grande does not have enough 65+ players to form enough teams to play in the league and we are playing in the 50+ against younger players.

Based on the reasons above, I am appealing to be placed in the 4.0 rating for 2026.
