Roster Rating Standard Appeal

This appeal is for my index changing from a 4.16 to 4.60 after the 2025 season. This increase is due to a number of factors. My partners were all younger than me. My primary female partner as well as one of my other two, were at the low end of the age qualification, each being 64. This helped me tremendously as I'm 72.
I believe the factor that impacted my success the most, is this. Going through the rosters of the teams I played, I found the following relating to my women's doubles. Of the 24 games played with my primary partner, we were 17 - 7 for 70.8%. However, 14 of those games now have 1 player (whom we played) that's a 3.5. That's 58.3% of the games. We also had 3 losses to now 3.5 players.
My second partner and I played 18 games being 12 - 6 for 66%. Of these, there were 8 games with now 3.5 players which is 44.4 %. One of these teams we played, had 2 now 3.5 players partnered together. We actually had a loss against 1 team with a now 3.5 player. This partner and I also played against a team with a now 4.5 player and lost twice.
My third partner and I played only 1 match winning all 6 games. However, 2 of the 3 teams have 1 player now 3.5. That made 4 of 6 games, or 66.6%, with a now 3.5 player.
So again, that was 26 of 48 games with a now 3.5 player which is 54.16% of my games. I still had 4 losses to the now 3.5 players as well as 2 losses to a now 4.5 player.
As for my mixed doubles, success comes from strong, younger men as partners. Even in mixed, I played 18 games being 14 - 4 for 77%. However, 4 of the games have now 3.5 players for 22%. That coupled with our bracket having 3 teams total, limited the competition.
In conclusion, of the 66 games I played total, 30 of them, or 45.45%, have a now 3.5 player. This is a huge contributing factor. My playing partners on both of my teams, with the exception of 1 male who is now a 4.0 (from 3.5) have remained at 4.0.
As I will be 73 for the 2026 season, the 4.0 division is where I truly feel I belong. I could not be competitive at the 4.5 level.
Please review this information and consider changing my rating back to the 4.0.
