Roster Rating Standard Appeal

For the start of the Winter 2024 season, I only possessed 14 months of playing experience. At that time, I was still learning the game physically and mentally. Additionally, the Mixed 65+ division was a combined 3.5/4.0 skill level which certainly impacted my APPL Index as a relatively new player.

On the courts, I've relied on inherent athletic ability and limited raquetball experience in college. Outside of competition, I have consumed a great deal of awareness from training videos, attending a weeklong camp, and fanatically following the PPA Tour and Major League Pickleball.

For the past 18 months, I have competed regularly and successfully against 4.0 APPL players in my immediate community, the Surprise Ladder Leagues, nearby communities and indoor venues.

In January 2025, I earned a Bronze medal at the Happy Trails Classic playing down in Mens Doubles 4.0 50-59and winning our opening game against an accomplished 50-59 team.
