Roster Rating Standard Appeal

RD and LC review and approval. Merger flights in pilot group counted and impacted rating.

Two things... first I was coming back from Achilles surgery, and my primary partner (Deb Arnold) was returning after a lengthy recovery from shoulder surgery, hadn't played in a couple years. We thought it best for the team to play together, and clearly we did not have good results.. but as I got stronger, my results improved each week.. as you can see when I played w/out Deb (winning at least 4 out of 6 games per match). Secondly, Deb's APPL rating went up to 4.8 and she only played one match w/out me as her partner. Mine went from 4.6 to 4.2, while our overall win% is the same. My other concern is we played at State and since we played in 65+ division, we played the same teams we played during the season. If you include the results from State, you will see my win% is higher than Deb's. I feel strongly, the drop to 4.2 does not reflect my level of play. Thanks so much for your consideration! PS..
