YES APPROVE

Michelle barely went over 4.5 with a 4.51
She won 64% of her games and lost 36%
She did not dominate at 4.0
Michelle is 66 and playing on 65+ team that finished 3/4 in that division.
Michelle has a bad knee and lists several PT appts, MRI and steroid injections.. her knee has not been replaced yet so she feels playing at a higher level could be a safety issue for her.
I feel we give her another year at 4.0, see how she plays out this season and gets her knee replacement .

I injured my knee in a match in February 2025 and it has not healed. I could not play for 3 1/2 months. I have gone to an Orthopedic surgeon to have it evaluated and received treatment but it has not fully recovered. I’m still in physical therapy and wear a brace that slows me down tremendously while playing. I must move carefully while playing to not injure my knee more and have surgery. I feel there is no way I can play safely at the 4.5 level. Playing at the 4.0 level will be equal to my ability at the age of 66 with my compromised knee.
