Roster Rating Standard Appeal

I had only been playing less than two years. I recently went through the self-rating form and definitely qualify for 4.0 or higher. I don't play tournaments, at least not yet, but I play 3-4 times a week, drill and play all over the west valley. I do not have a dupr either. There are a number of players that can vouch for my level of play if needed. One in particular you deal with, Linda Carreras.

Obviously, the APPL index you have on file is over two years old. Since I didn't play last season, I did not answer those questions below that asked about "last season". Thank you for the consideration in this matter.
