Roster Rating Standard Appeal

Karen is .01 off of what would be an auto appeal. Two years ago she was injured in a bicycle crash in August 2023 that broke her spine, her pelvis and her arm. It was months before she was out of the hospital and at home again. She did not play last year until May 2025 when she was finally released to do so.

Karen has been down at ACE every single day taking lessons, working on the ball machine and playing with 3.0 and 3.5 players.

Her tenacity warrants a 3.0 rating if nothing else. She was literally shattered into many pieces.

I was injured in August 2023 and was unable to play until May 2025. Since then I have been playing at a high 3.0 level, with 3.5 players. I am also drilling and taking lessons.
The 2023 season was not representative of my playing ability. At that time I was playing in sanctioned tournaments, and had a 3.32 UTRP rating. Following the 2023 season my APPL index fell to 2.84.
I am requesting a change to a 3.0 rating as I want to play on a 3.0, 65+ women's team.
