Roster Rating Standard Appeal

Ron played in a 50/65 40 45 mixed league.
His rating went to 4.53 at last game from a 4.5 even. The highest he got all year was 4.55 mid season.

He plays out of Tubac which has no 4.5 team.
He won 19 games and lost 5.
He allowed 10 points and actually split 8 games. He earned 4 points.

Due to the barely over, last match, no place to play in Tubac I ask for approval.

Dupr is 4.42. Last match was one year ago.

I have played in tournaments for the past eight years and have a dupr rating of 4.42, not sure why appl rating is higher. I live in Tubac where our total population is around 1200. That being said, we don’t have nearly enough 4.5 players for either a mixed or men’s team. I am not able to play with or in Green Valley due to the restrictions of Green Valley Recreation. You must live beyond 20 miles of their boundaries, unfortunately I live less than 20 so I cannot even play as a guest let alone be on one of their teams. I have heard Saddlebrook may have a 65 plus team, this is not a feasible option either, it’s an hour and a half drive. I am asking for an exception based on no other feasible options as well as the small rating overage based on your system. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
