The reason is several fold:
1. I currently play with 3.5 groups at Mesa Regal RV Resort.
2. My current DUPR rating is 3.575 (ID 1RQWRQ)
3. I previously played with 3.5 APPL in the 3.5 league.
4. My APPL index rating is 3.45 which is only .05 away from 3.5.
