Roster Rating Standard Appeal

Michelle Marrs was unable to play any matches last year even though she was rostered on the 3.0 team. Her father was ill and passed away and she was his caretaker. She practiced with the team when she was in town. She has applied for a medical appeal.
She would like to remain on the 3.0 team.
I would like to grant the appeal due to the fact that she was caring for a dying family member and never got a chance to prove herself.

She has no ratings at this time of any kind.

I was a member of the 3.0 team for La Paloma. I practiced all season with them. My father unfortunately fell ill during the season and I was constantly traveling between Arizona and California. I was unable to participate in any of the matches due to the constant travel and nursing care I provided my father. Towards the end of the season my father passed away and I was unable to participate in those matches either. I feel that my effort to make all the practices and play with the 3.0 team during the season, I should be able to stay in that ranking.
