Dear League Coordinator,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to respectfully request consideration for placement in a higher-level APPL pickleball league, above my current APPL rating of 3.6.

Over the past season, I have consistently competed in both 4.0 and 4.5 tournaments, earning medals and demonstrating competitive performance. I am deeply committed to improving my game and dedicate significant time to skill development, including:

• Third-shot drops and drives: Executed with consistency and strategic intent.
• Court positioning and transitioning: Improved movement and anticipation, especially in transitioning to the kitchen.
• Dinking strategy: Enhanced control, patience, and shot selection during rallies.

I play regularly at three different clubs several times a week, all at the 4.0 level, and have received positive feedback from experienced players who affirm that my performance aligns with 4.0-level standards. Their observations, combined with my tournament results and ongoing training, reflect my readiness to compete at a higher level.

I understand and respect the importance of maintaining the integrity of the rating system and league structure. My request is made with the intention of continuing to grow as a player while contributing positively to the competitive environment.
