Self rating through appeal process

Hi, I am requesting to be moved to a 3.5 rating so that I can play in the 2026 season. I played at the 3.0 level in 2023 with the Volley Vixens and played 5 times that season. It was a challenge and I felt like I was playing women as good or better than me. Women from Westbrook Village who we played put in a complaint as I used to play with friends in Westbrook Village who played at a 3.5/4.0 level recreationally. They were all better players than me. In 2018 I was moved to 4.0 when my mixed partner and I won in a tournament. Since then I have not played tournaments and have had ongoing issues with my knees. I can’t move as well and will be 69 next spring. I would like to try and play with a 3.5 group of ladies at the 65 plus level but will not get the chance to play if I am kept at
the 4.0 level. I know I am not qualified at that level nor would they ask me to knowing how I play.
