| REQUIRED: | I don't see an APPL rating for me, but I can't register so assuming I'm at 4.0 from prior team. I stopped playing due to shoulder injury that worsen. Had surgery in Jan 2025 and slowly started playing again. Weak and rusty need to be at 3.5 as I am still limited. |
