David Denson is requesting to play 3.0 from 3.5. He is asking for a medical appeal due to rotator cuff surgery. He feels he will be ready by February.
HOWEVER, he has never played 3.0 in APPL. He started at 3.7 in 2023 finishing the season at 3.67. In 2024. he started the season and played the whole season at 3.67 finishing at 3.87.
He played one match in 2025 starting at 3.87 and ending at 3.74

He has a stale dupr from 2022 at 3.865.
While I understand the surgery will make a difference he is asking to appeal from 3.74 to a 3.0.

I don't know that he was ever a 3.0 player in his past.....I have mixed feeling but I am inclined to say that is too big of a drop.

REQUIRED:

Two weeks ago I had rotator cuff surgery after 4 months of physical therapy to deal with pain and range of motion. My recovery will be about 6 weeks in a sling and 8-12 weeks rehab. So I hope to be in shape and play at full speed on the Tubac Fireballs V.2 Mens 3.0 65+ team around Feb. 1.
