I was recently asked to play on a women's East Valley 65+ 4.0 team. I have not participated in your APPL league since 2022 and my last USAPA tournament play was in 2019. My 2022 season was cut short due to a meniscal tear. Given the vast expansion of pickleball, I think my most accurate rating would be in the 4.0 range. A short time ago, I was DUPR Coach rated at the Picklr in Scottsdale and was ranked a 3.2. Not sure how this number corresponds with your APPL index but it is what it is.
