Brad fits and is competitive at 3.0

I play regularly through a private club in my home town very competively on a 3.0 - 3.5 men's league. I have played the last couple years with APPL on a couple teams. I played prior to APPL having a rating system and they used my previous play to rate me. The problem with this is I played, knowing my skill level was higher than the teams I played with, but I wanted to play, so I joined. As you know, league play is about winning and when you play to win, you target the weak link. Well that is what happened. I was the strong link, so my partners were always targeted. Because of this, I had more losses than wins when APPL decided to institute a rating system. I am confident I am a 3.0 - 3.5 skill level, If I need to be observed playing with a group of that skill level, I would be happy to. I appreciate your consideration. I will be applying as a player seeking a team to play on at 3.0 level. Thank you.
