Roster Rating Standard Appeal

I had signed up but never played due to injury. I notified the captain who asked I stay on the roster even though I wasn't going to play any games or even go to any practices. I was totally uninvolved in the team. I didn't play any games but now notes a roster rating of 2.50. I would like that removed as I was signed up for a 3.5 team and if I want to play next year, my roster rating is sitting at 2.5. How can I have no rating at all since I didn't play? Even removed from your system entirely since I never played or participated. I have a 0.00 APPL Indwex but required me to enter a number 2.00 to 6.00 to continue and wouldn't let me enter 0.00
