Numerous medical issues

Played 3.5 two years ago and did not dominate

I would like to appeal my ratings for the following reasons.
Since the time that I played mixed 3.5, I have gotten 3 years older and due to requiring future knee replacements I'm not near the player I used to be. My mobility is limited due to future knee replacements and I can't practice every day like I use too. Only play a couple times a week. The only other competitive game I have played was in a tournament was Aug 24, 2024 in San Deigo. Me and my buddy signed up for men's 3.0 doubles (based on Duper rating) and there were about 7 teams and we came 4 or 5 place.

Doctor said I will need both knee replaced which is severely limiting my mobility and practice. Can only practice couple times a week.
