Roster Rating Standard Appeal

Carol played 24 games in the 2025 season only. She won 6 and lost 18. She is eligible for a fast-track appeal to play 3.0. I do not think she should be approved for appeal to 3.5 based on her professional coach DUPR rating

2025 year was my first year and I played with a different partner each time.
Since then, I have improved greatly and play with 3.5-4.0 level almost daily. Although I have not played any official tournaments, and only played Rec Play, I recently was evaluated by my professional coach who gave me a DUPR of 3.65. I have been invited to join a 3.5 group and so I need a rating of 3.5 to join, because of the new "exception" rule.
