Bill has played on two teams this past year. He attached medical documentation of his arm being injured. His play in 2024 was steady just over the 3.0 mark. You can see the drop as 2025 goes along that lines up with this arm injury.
I am for allowing him to appeal up. He is only.02 off of an auto appeal.

The only thing that makes me want to honor the appeal is the injury and the dupr rating. Her wins and loses do not support it but at 72 she is still playing so maybe she earns it by determination.

Nancy has been a solid 3.0 player for several years. As a coach/captain, Nancy ends up playing with the players no one else wants to play with. Nancy has a good well rounded game. She dinks, can do overheads and thinks about strategy. Nancy is very slightly built and I believe her lack of strength is the only thing that keeps her from being a 3.5 player. I would approve Nancy's appeal as she has done the work to be a 3.0 but constantly puts others first. Her average rating this past year is 2.917 which is well within the auto appeal boundaries.

Both AJ and her partner Jen Dale did well at 3.5
Just because her partner did not move up to 3.5 is not a reason to play 18+ @ 3.0.
I would suggest Jen do an appeal to 3.5 if they want to continue to play together. Jen's current rating is 3.42 and could easily get an appeal to 3.5.
These two would DOMINATE at 3.0.

After multiple conversations with Pam about a fast track appeal as she qualifies.....
she said she was denied the first one at this rating.
I asked her to resubmit and she said it wouldn't let her.

Approve the appeal as it really qualifies for a fast track but technology glitches or operator error are making it impossible to submit the appropriate one.

Jeannie had heart surgery. She was listed on a roster but never played a game. She has no other appl history. There is a jeannie Antonnuci in DUPR but no identifiers to know if it was her. Her PBB is 2.875

I told her she needed to do a self ratings assessment and turn it into her captain. They could then choose to add her or not. I said this appeal would be denied as there is no information to support the request.

She will totally dominate with any partner she plays with and she did play with many different partners which also shows she is dominating at 3.0

June is 65, no apparant medical issues so I feel she should stay at 3.5 where she will be competitive.
She is not on a community based team as she states so should be able to find another team at 3.5
