APPL Managed Court Rescheduling For Weather Related Cancellations

Use the below form to reschedule your Home Court Day & Time for APPL Managed Venues. Rescheduling may only occur with a Weather Related Cancellation. Review the “APPL Match Rescheduling Policy” for Weather Related changes prior to submitting this form.

  1. THE HOME TEAM CAPTAIN must request the schedule change. If you are a Captain that needs a schedule change for a match that is NOT on your Home Court, contact the Home Court Captain and request that they reschedule the match.
  2. Select your Region.
  3. Select the Venue. You may not switch venues for rescheduling.
  4. View the available slots for your venue. NOTE THE WEEK STARTS ON MONDAY. Days with available time slots are highlighted with a white background. If there are no available time slots for that venue and day, the Day will display with a red background.
  5. View the various options to see available time slots. Select your desired time slot.
  6. Complete all required information.  DOUBLE CHECK THAT ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT. Press Submit.
  7. You will get an instant message “You have successfully requested a schedule change. Change is pending until confirmed by APPL.” at the bottom of the form and a follow-up email with your reservation information.
  8. Your request for reschedule will be reviewed by the APPL team and either denied and canceled or approved and confirmed.
  9. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR PICKLEBALL SCORES MATCH DAY AND TIME. The APPL Scheduling Coordinator will make your schedule change for you.
