Player Registration for the WHITE MOUNTAIN SUMMER LEAGUE starts May 10, 2025.

This link will take you to the Player Registration form for the APPL White Mountain 2025 Summer League. Click on the button to find the form. You must have the TEAM PASSWORD from the Team Captain to register. You will complete your personal information and select the team you have been invited to play with. You will also pay the player fee required to participate in the league. If you play on multiple teams you must complete this form and pay the player fee for each team.
