Player Registration starts October 4, 2024 and ends January 31, 2025.

These links will take you to the Player Registration form for the APPL Winter 2025 Season for each Region. Click on the button for your Region to find the form. You must have the TEAM PASSWORD from the Team Captain to register. You will complete your personal information and select the team you have been invited to play with. You will also pay the player fee required to participate in the league. If you play on multiple teams you must complete this form and pay the player fee for each team.
